How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time varies depending on the customer’s location.
Spain (peninsula): 24-48h
Canary Islands, Balearic Islands: 24-72h
Rest of the World: Up to a week.
All shipments are made during working days using the main public and private companies.
If for any reason the order has to be delayed we will contact you to inform you.
Once the order has been placed, it is not allowed to make any changes to the shipping address, unless the customer is charged and is expressly accepted by the parties.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. These will be broken down in your purchase summary. Expenses will be calculated depending on the destination and will therefore be:
Spain (peninsula): 4.95€

Canary Islands, Balearic Islands: 9.95
European Shipments: 9.95€
Europe: Purchases over 99o FREE SHIPPING!
Rest of the World: 35€

We do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla
What if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier is delivering the order?
After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave you a notice to contact him and set a new delivery date. This delivery can be made at the shipping address you indicated to us or at one of the carrier’s offices.
After another failed attempt, your order will be cancelled and we will refund the amount of the same subtracting the return costs of the package.
What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive?
If a period of 5 working days has elapsed since the confirmation of your order has not been received, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes, we offer you the possibility to send gifts through our online store. To do this, make the purchase on a regular basis, select the shipping address to which you want us to send the gift and in the step “Send” in additional comments specify “Wrap for gift”. This service is free of charge. You will be able to write a personalized message and we will take care of wrapping it in a special way.
Can I pick up my order at the carrier instead of at my home?
If you do not want to receive your products at home you can do so in the office of the transport company that we select closest to your home. In additional comments indicate “pick-up on point” and once the order is processed we will send you the collection address of the transport company to your mail. Each company has different points and times, so we’ll specify it next to your mail.
