Can I return an item I’m not satisfied with?
If you are not satisfied with an item you can proceed to the return. You will need to send it through a Post Office or any other carrier (e.g. Seur, Express Mail, etc.) if it is more comfortable for you.
How to do it? Step by step.
The steps you need to follow are as follows:
1. IMPORTANT: Let us know about your return by emailing us email@example.com “Return Order No XX” in the case. It is very important that you include both the subject line of the mail and the number of your order, otherwise we will not be able to process your return.
Prepare your package for return using the original packaging we used to send it to you, with the item in the same condition in which it was shipped. The item must be still brand new with its original labels with no signs of deterioration.
The delivery address for the package is: MyBDSMStore C/ Linnaeus 13 4º E, 28005 Madrid (Madrid)
2. Take your package to your chosen carrier and send with shipping expenses prepaid.
3. Once received in our warehouse, we will verify that the item is in the same condition in which it was shipped, that it has not been used and that it still have its original labels and its complete original packaging. Once verified we will proceed to the return of the payment in the same way you made the original one.
Please note that we cannot make changes of size or color, so if you need to exchange one item for another, we will refund the price of it and you can make a new purchase in our online store.
For hygiene reasons, chastity cages, dildos, plugs, vibrators, gags and other intimate items are not elegible for return (in case of doubt contact us before making your shipment).
In case MYBDSMSTORE is responsible of a return (shipping of the wrong product, product in bad condition, etc.) the return costs will be supported by us.
For regular returns the buyer will cover the shipping costs. Returns with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
MYBDSMSTORE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements described above.
Can I make a return in a physical store?
It’s not possible at the moment.
What is the deadline for making a return?
After the receipt of you order you have 7 working days to email us announcing your return. After this period we will not be able to accept the return of your order.
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
Only the shipping costs unless MYBDSMSTORE is the cause of a return, in which case we will bear the shipping costs.
In any case the shipment will be the responsibility of the customer until you arrive at our warehouses.
How and when will I receive my money back?
Once the return is approved (when we verify that the returned items are in perfect condition and in the same condition in which they were shipped, that they have not been used, that they retain their original labels and their original packaging complete) you will receive the amount the same way you made the payment. We will send you a confirmation email indicating the amount that will be credited to your account in a few days. Remember that proccesing time on your credit card or PayPal account may vary from case to case.
The amount paid will correspond to the RPV you paid for the returned items.
The transport costs (both shipping and return) will be refunded only when My BDSM store is responsible for the cause of the return of the product (shipping of the wrong product, product in bad condition, etc.).
Right of withdrawal
According to the Distance Sales Regulatory Regulations, customers in the European Union have 7 working days, from the date of receipt of the order, to exercise the right of withdrawal on their order.
In this case, the money will be refunded and collected in the order following the procedure indicated above.
